Could not fault the service I received in any way. Digory was so friendly and informative, explaining the entire process and all my options as I was a clueless first time buyer. He was always quick and helpful on the phone whenever I had any questions and even called to let me know that I could change to a better deal even once my mortgage had been sorted. Myself and my partner are first time buyers and were recommended Rob as a mortgage broker. We are quite a complex case as we have only been self-employed for a year and are therefore high risk to lenders.
